C&C CAPITAL FUNDING
C&C Capital Funding works with partners who developed and help facilitate an expedient 2-step process to help OTC companies secure capital and, if needed, remove debt. The nonaffiliated partner's program, "OTC Roadmap for Success," is brilliantly simple and takes advantage of two separate and distinct securities regulations--both of which are recently clarified exemptions to full securities registration.
Optimized for small to microcap public companies, the "OTC Roadmap for Success" has been successfully utilized by multiple companies. The 2-step program is a process designed to enable eligible OTC companies to pay past due invoices, extinguish toxic debt, and position their company to raise less dilutive capital. SEC qualification of an offering, with terms set by the company, allow the partners and their affiliates to make direct non-toxic investments utilizing their own funds, with no intermediary involvement. This strategy provides an opportunity to strengthen, scale and position a company for possible inclusion on a listed exchange.

Recognizing that public traded microcap issuers often struggle with inherent OTC company challenges, C&C Capital's nonaffiliated partner created the perfect solution to address problems related to limited cash flow, lack of assets and inability to service debt. Their solution is appropriately referred to as the, "OTC Roadmap for Success." While the 2-step process does provide multiple options and multiple outcomes, depending on the OTC company's status and desires, the ultimate goal is always the same--position your company to secure less dilutive, non-toxic capital, using a less expensive, proven process.
This proprietary process directly addresses solvency and cash flow issues, making it possible for OTC companies to reach their full potential. Exchange-listed issuers (NASDAQ, NYSE) have always had advantages that were "out of reach" to small companies. However; new rules coupled with revisions and clarifications to existing rules, now make it possible for OTC companies to achieve similar success and enjoy several of those previously reserved advantages. For example:
Exchange-listed Issuer Advantages that OTC Companies Aspire to Achieve
Access to non-toxic capital such as a shelf offering and an S-3 registration statement
Use of stock as currency to conclude acquisitions
Maintaining a stable market capitalization
Ability for shareholders to easily deposit, clear, and sell shares
